How to book
To reserve a place in one of our courses please follow these steps:
Complete the booking form (one for each course if more than one) and send it by post to the address in the booking form or by email epcartcourses@yahoo.com
Pay a non-refundable deposit of 250€ per person and course by bank transfer or credit card through our website www.epc-artcourses.com/tienda , bank details on request.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of the course to secure your booking. You can pay by bank transfer to the account number on the registration form, indicating name and course registration, further bank details on request.
You can also pay by credit card through our website.
After each payment you'll get a voucher or receipt. Before the course you'll receive a detailed brochure with your itinerary and other useful information, as well as the list of materials that your tutor recommends.
ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
General instructions to pay online
On the home page of our website www.epc-artcourses.com you can click on the "go to shop" tab under the main menu, then choose "Charles Reid 2010" or “Alvaro Castagnet 2010” or any other course on the top left menu of the shop.
To pay for a deposit choose the suitable item on the tutor’s menu "Deposit CR10" or “Deposit JZ10”, etc. and then “check out”. If you have already registered you can sign into your account or else you must register then.
After that, follow the instructions on the shop, click “continue”, “confirm order”, "pay with credit card" and introduce the information required. As a double security you may be asked for a second password to verify you’re the owner of your card, then it's done! We advise you to be billed in € as the exchange rate is good.
For final payments, choose the full course price (1 per person) and deduct your deposit(s) already paid for, also the non-painters discount if applicable.
For two people, just write 2 in the box where 1 item appears, and click on the "update" tab at the bottom.
In case you get unwanted items on your shopping cart, you can empty your cart following these steps:
Click on the link “Cart contents” on the top right, there you’ll see the items on your cart, select them all and very important, click on the “update” tab on the bottom. Your cart will be empty and then you can start with the shopping process again.

SPECIAL PAYMENTS
Payment details for one person’s account only
If you are paying for a course and your balance is not on the standard price list, you will have a “product” that is for your account only. To proceed with the payment, please follow these instructions.
A. click on the "go to Shop" tab on our home page B. sign into your account or create one C. go to “General Information” D. choose “productos VIP” under “My orders” E. select that product F. Add to cart G. check out and continue accordingly
